Digital Studio website-project inquiries

Effective August 13, 2026. When you request a Digital Studio fit review, SynapseONE LLC collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email address, company, current website, requested service, timing, and description of the business challenge. We use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, prevent abuse, maintain communication records, and prepare or perform requested services if you become a customer.

Submitting the form does not create a customer relationship or service agreement. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical information, confidential customer data, or other sensitive information through the form.

The Digital Studio uses cookie-free first-party measurement consisting only of aggregate daily counts for a limited set of page and form events. These records do not contain visitor identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, query strings, form contents, or event properties, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional on the Digital Studio and RTX Spark pages. It remains off unless you select Allow analytics. If allowed, Google may set analytics cookies and process visited pages, interactions such as scrolling and outbound clicks, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from the network connection, and related technical data to help Synapse One improve website content and the buyer journey.

The site stores your allow-or-decline selection as an essential preference so it can respect your decision on later visits. That preference does not enable Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled, and the implementation requests IP anonymization. Google LLC acts as a service provider for optional analytics under applicable Google privacy and data-processing terms.

You can decline optional analytics without losing access to the site. Use Privacy choices on either standalone page at any time to change your selection. Withdrawing permission stops future Google Analytics collection from those pages and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to the site, but it does not delete information already processed by Google.

For abuse prevention, the inquiry service creates a one-way hash from the requesting IP address and uses it to enforce a short-term submission limit. A hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. Ordinary technical request information may also be processed temporarily in infrastructure and security logs.

The Digital Studio application and inquiry database are hosted in SynapseONE LLC’s secured cloud environment. Assigned Synapse One personnel may review and manage submitted inquiries through our restricted private Slack workspace. Access is limited to authorized intake operators, and operational actions are logged. IP-based abuse-prevention data is not sent to Slack.

We delete obvious spam within 7 days; delete or de-identify inquiries that do not become customer engagements within 90 days after the final response; retain customer and contracting records as needed to perform agreements and meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations; retain aggregate measurement for up to 25 months; and retain security or infrastructure logs according to provider and incident-response settings.
