Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please note that some products may not be eligible for returns based on vendor or distributor policies.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not be eligible for a refund. If a package arrives damaged, customers should decline the delivery with the shipping company and notify us immediately by methods listed at Order Support page.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Downloadable software, licenses, or subscriptions
  • Opened software, hardware, or equipment unless defective
  • Professional services once rendered or initiated
  • Items restricted from return by the vendor’s or distributor’s policy

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for Items that incur a restocking fee.

Cancellation Fees

Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order total, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. This fee is intended to cover administrative and processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the item. Restocking fees apply to non-defective returns or items returned outside the standard return policy terms.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and credits will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Fees

All refunds exclude processing fees incurred during the transaction (e.g., payment processing fees, shipping fees), which are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to be posted.

Sale and Discounted Items

Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

To return your item, contact us by visiting Order Support page to request mailing details. Customers are responsible for return label and shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
