Overview

We operate as a reseller and partner with trusted distributors and vendors, including D&H and Ingram Micro, to fulfill and ship orders directly from their warehouses. Synapse One does not hold physical inventory for products, and all logistics, including packing and shipping, are managed by our distributors. This partnership ensures efficient fulfillment and delivery.

Shipping Times
  • Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (Central Time)
  • Processing and Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Stock Availability: If a product is out of stock at our distributor’s warehouse, it may be backordered and shipped as soon as inventory is replenished. Delivery times will be communicated after order confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-7 business days (Monday – Friday) once shipped.
  • Total Delivery Time: 2-8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

Orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, SAIA or others based on availability and destination, to provide fast and secure delivery for your items.

Shipping Regions

Our products are available for shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update. Order tracking is available at the Order Tracking page.

If you experience any issues with orders or shipping such as delays, lost packages, or items damaged during transit, please visit Order Support page to contact us. While shipping is managed by our distributors, Synapse One will facilitate communication with them to resolve any concerns.
